Binance Recovers 98% of Assets Affected by Cyberattack

Cryptocurrency exchange Binance announced that its customers suffered no financial losses as a result of a recent cyberattack.

The company absorbed all losses itself and has already recovered 98% of the affected assets.

Binance's CEO stated that the company allocated more than 100% of the funds needed to cover the damages, and 98% of the affected assets have already been restored.

"The remaining 2% consists of less liquid tokens. Acquiring these will require additional time to avoid causing sharp market fluctuations," the report noted.
