Azerbaijani oil prices rise

The price of a barrel of Azerbaijan's Azeri Light crude oil on the global market increased by $0.90, or 0.95%, to trade at $95.48.

Operativ Media reports that according to auction results, October futures for Brent crude stood at $93.40 per barrel.

On an FOB basis at the Turkish port of Ceyhan, the price of a barrel of Azeri Light rose by $0.90, or 0.99%, to $91.79.

Azerbaijan's state budget for this year is calculated based on an average oil price of $65 per barrel.
