President: Azerbaijan's experience can serve to resolve some conflicts

Today, we see new wars emerging. We witness this almost every year.

Operativ Media reports that President Ilham Aliyev made these remarks during his address at the 7th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue.

Touching upon Azerbaijan's experience in ending wars, the head of state said: "We emerged victorious from the war, and our cause was right. After the enemy capitulated, we did not go beyond that; we stopped and offered peace." Stating that this experience should be examined and that warring parties should study it, the President emphasized that "the precedent we have set can also serve to resolve some conflicts."
