Ilham Aliyev congratulates Czech President

President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel.

Operativ Media reports that the letter reads:

"Dear Mr. President,

On the occasion of the national holiday of the Czech Republic, I extend my most sincere congratulations and best wishes to you and your entire people, both personally and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan.

We are pleased with the current dynamic development of Azerbaijan-Czech relations, which build on fine traditions. An active political dialogue creates a solid foundation for expanding our cooperation in the economic, energy, transport, defense industry, humanitarian, and other fields.

I am confident that by taking advantage of existing opportunities through our joint efforts, we will succeed in further deepening our interstate relations and fruitful cooperation, which hold immense potential.

On this memorable day, I wish you robust health and happiness, and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of the Czech Republic."
