Operativ Media reports that this was announced in a joint statement by the press services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Prosecutor General's Office, and the Mine Action Agency (ANAMA).

According to the report, a bulldozer operated by Qazakh district resident Elchin Telman oglu Abbasov, born in 1961, struck a landmine in an uncleared area. Tovuz district residents Sanan Sohrab oglu Farajov, born in 1989, and Fuad Ilgar oglu Ahmadov, born in 2003, were injured in the incident.

An investigation into the incident is currently underway at the Khojavand District Prosecutor's Office.

ANAMA, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Prosecutor General's Office once again urged citizens to strictly observe safety regulations, pay careful attention to landmine hazard signs, avoid touching suspicious objects, refrain from entering unfamiliar areas, and not trespass into fenced-off zones.
