Former France International Robert Mouynet Dies at 96

Former Lyon defender and former French international Robert Mouynet has died at the age of 96.
Operativ Media reports that the announcement was made by the clubs he once played for.
Mouynet, who made 149 appearances for Lyon throughout his career, was one of the last surviving members of the French squad that won bronze at the 1958 World Cup.
During his career, the former defender also played for Toulouse (1949–1953 and 1959–1963) and Cannes (1953–1955). Making 184 appearances for Toulouse across eight seasons, he was a key figure in the club's historic Division 2 title triumph in 1953.
