Large-scale reconstruction efforts underway in Karabakh are accelerating the region's transition to a new stage of economic development.

New economic zones covering manufacturing, industry, and logistics are planned around Aghdam and Jabrayil. Various tax incentives are also set to be introduced to attract investment.

According to the report, the primary goal is to establish a modern economic environment that ensures long-term and sustainable development for the region.

Meanwhile, the chief architect of the Shusha City State Reserve, who is involved in the restoration of Shusha, stated that the city's reconstruction began practically from scratch.

The recovery process incorporates green energy, digital planning, drone technology, and modern mapping capabilities.
