Operativ Media reports that Sabah football player Akim Zedadka said this in a statement to Anewz TV.

The French defender expressed disappointment with the result of their first match in the UEFA Champions League:

"For most of our players, as well as our club, this was the first match in the UEFA Champions League. Of course, we are a bit disappointed with the result because I think we could have achieved a better outcome. The 0-4 scoreline was a bit harsh, but that's football."

Zedadka emphasized that they have seven more matches ahead of them:

"Nevertheless, we are happy today. Personally, I am very happy. I saw one of the best stadiums in the world. We have seven more games ahead of us, and we hope to do our best in those matches."
