Operativ Media reports that President Ilham Aliyev said this during a meeting with security officials from the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

"Ahead of us lies joint work, strengthening cooperation, building closer ties between our countries and peoples, and strengthening the role of the Organization of Turkic States on the international stage. Through our joint efforts, we must strive to transform the OTS into one of the leading international institutions and organizations," the head of state added.
