Zakir Hasanov extends condolences to Türkiye

Azerbaijan's Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, has offered his condolences to the Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Türkiye, Yasar Guler.

Operativ Media reports that the Defense Ministry released the information.

The condolence message reads: "I was deeply saddened by the news that a serviceman of the 7th Border Brigade Command in the Hakkari region was killed by gunfire while responding to a border breach incident.

I pray for Almighty God's mercy upon the fallen serviceman, share the grief of his loved ones, and express my deepest condolences to his family.

May he rest in peace."
