Strasbourg extend Samir El Mourabet's contract until 2031

French club Strasbourg have signed a new contract with midfielder Samir El Mourabet, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2031.

Operativ Media reports that the 21-year-old Moroccan footballer has been playing for the French side since July 2025.

El Mourabet scored two goals and provided two assists in 48 appearances across all competitions in the 2025/2026 season. In the current season, he has featured in six matches but has yet to record a goal or assist.

The Transfermarkt portal values the Moroccan international at €22 million.

Strasbourg currently sit 16th in the French league table with 7 points after eight rounds.
