Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has held a phone conversation with Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

The press service of the Uzbek president reported, according to Operativ Media.

Mirziyoyev congratulated the Turkmen president on his birthday.

The sides exchanged views on regional issues, including the upcoming consultative meeting of the heads of state of Central Asia and Azerbaijan, as well as preparations for the CIS summit to be held in Turkmenistan.
