Ilham Aliyev congratulates President of Panama

President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of congratulation to José Raúl Mulino Quintero, President of the Republic of Panama.

Operativ Media reports that the letter reads:

"Dear Mr. President,

On the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic of Panama – Independence Day, I extend my most sincere congratulations and best wishes to you and your entire people, personally and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan.

I am confident that we will continue to make joint efforts to strengthen Azerbaijan-Panama friendly relations and to fully benefit from the potential of our mutually beneficial cooperation on both bilateral and multilateral levels.

On this remarkable day, I wish you good health, happiness, success in your work, and the friendly people of Panama lasting peace and prosperity."
