Juventus Want to Keep Guglielmo Vicario
Juventus management has decided to exercise its option to permanently sign goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario, who is currently playing for the club on loan.
Operativ Media reports, citing Tuttosport, that the Turin club's leadership is impressed with the 30-year-old Italian's performances and leadership qualities. The goalkeeper's permanent transfer is reportedly virtually finalized.
An injury to fellow goalkeeper Kamil Grabara also played a key role in the club's decision.
Juventus signed Vicario on loan from Tottenham until the end of the season in August 2026. The agreement includes a clause allowing the club to buy the player outright for €8 million.
Vicario has featured in 12 matches during the 2026/2027 season, keeping five clean sheets.
The Transfermarkt portal values the Italian goalkeeper's market value at €12 million.
