A funeral service has been held for Major General Abbasali Ramazan oglu Novruzov, recipient of the "Shohrat" (Glory) and "Azerbaijani Flag" orders, who played a significant role in developing Azerbaijan's border protection.

According to information provided by the State Border Service to Operativ Media, the ceremony held at the Military Memorial Cemetery was attended by family members of the deceased, leadership and servicemen from the State Border Service and the Ministry of Defense, veteran border guards, government officials, and members of the public.
