Operativ Media reports that the Dutch specialist praised Aghdam club head coach Gurban Gurbanov for leading the same team for many years:

"Qarabag head coach Gurban Gurbanov has been at the helm of the Azerbaijani club since 2008. He was also the team's head coach during the two previous clashes between Twente and Qarabag. In the 2014/2015 season, the Azerbaijani representative eliminated Twente in the Europa League play-offs. In the 2009/2010 season, the Dutch club proved stronger over two legs.

This is the same coach I once faced during my time with Lech Poznan. Working at one club for such a long time is remarkable. That says something about the quality of such a coach. Five years ago with Lech Poznan, we suffered a heavy 1-5 defeat there. I believe they had stronger players at that time. They had players with high individual skill.
