The average monthly nominal salary in Azerbaijan is projected to rise to 1,551.5 manats by 2030.

Operativ Media reports that this is noted in a Ministry of Finance document.

According to the forecasts, the average monthly salary will reach 1,288.3 manats in 2027, 1,369.2 manats in 2028, and 1,466.9 manats in 2029.

Consequently, the average monthly nominal salary in Azerbaijan is expected to increase by 20.4 percent between 2026 and 2030.

It should be noted that as of August 1, 2026, the average monthly nominal salary in the country was 1,176.7 manats. This figure represents a 7.2 percent increase compared to the same period last year.
