On September 17, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS); Okay Memis, Secretary General of the National Security Council of the Republic of Turkey; Viktor Makhmudov, Secretary of the Security Council under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Adilet Orozbekov, Secretary of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic; Aida Balayeva, Deputy Chairperson of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan; and Mehmet Aga, Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
