Operativ Media reports that President Ilham Aliyev made these remarks while receiving the heads of security services of the OTS member states.

Noting that they direct their main efforts toward the younger generation, which is still in its formative stage and easier to manipulate, the head of state emphasized: "That is why I say, I know that an active youth policy is implemented in each of our countries. However, I believe that within the OTS, we must pay more attention specifically to the cooperation of our youth organizations."
