Hysteria continues in Armenia surrounding the visit of foreign diplomats accredited in Azerbaijan to Karabakh and East Zangezur. These events demonstrate once again that the Armenian public is not ready for peace. Instead of preparing society for peace and promoting the concept of "Real Armenia," the Armenian authorities are driving these processes themselves and making unacceptable statements.

Operativ Media reports that this was stated in a declaration issued by the Western Azerbaijan Community.

“Armenia's claims to the cultural heritage of the ancient Azerbaijani people within Azerbaijan's sovereign territories, as well as the Armenian prime minister's statement claiming the Ganjasar monastery is of Armenian origin, are unacceptable.

Armenian society must stop coveting the lands and culture of other nations and free itself from being held hostage by a fabricated history. If Armenia is truly concerned about the preservation of cultural heritage, it must put an end to the destruction of mosques, historical monuments, and cemeteries belonging to the Azerbaijani people. It must also stop actions such as 'restoring' the Blue Mosque in Yerevan and attributing it to another nation, just as was done to the Yukhari Govhar Agha Mosque in Shusha during the occupation,” the statement emphasized.
