Exports by Azeraluminium are projected to increase from 252 million manats in 2025 to 510 million manats by 2030.

Operativ Media reports that this was stated by Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov during a meeting chaired by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, which was dedicated to the "State Program on the Development of Mining (Metal Ores) and Metallurgical Industries in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2027-2030."

According to him, total exports of copper, gold, and silver are expected to rise from 600 million manats in 2025 to 1.6 billion manats by 2030.

In addition, the total investment required for the program between 2027 and 2030 is estimated at 5.3 billion manats:

"Of this funding, 1.1 billion manats will be provided from the state budget, 2.2 billion manats from state-owned enterprises, including credit or debt capital, and 2 billion manats from private funds, including debt capital. Thus, approximately 80 percent of the total investment will be attracted from non-budgetary sources. As a result, the new capacities to be created are expected to increase the sector's value added and annual export potential by 2.6 times over the next four years."
