Kyrgyz President Congratulates Ilham Aliyev on Victory Day

Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov has congratulated President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Victory Day.

Operativ Media presents the letter of congratulation:

"To His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Your Excellency,

I congratulate you and the people of Azerbaijan on November 8 — Victory Day.

This event made it possible to put an end to a conflict that lasted for many years and created a reliable foundation for strengthening peace, mutual understanding, and stability in the region.

Taking into account the important processes taking place in the South Caucasus in the course of peacebuilding efforts, I believe that thanks to the wisdom of the Caucasian countries and the far-sighted policies of their heads of state, this region will become a place of peace and stability.

Your Excellency, I wish you good health and success in your high state activities, and lasting peace and progress to the brotherly people of Azerbaijan."
