Azerbaijan's defense and security expenditures announced

Azerbaijan's defense and security spending is projected to reach 8.8164 billion manats in 2027.

Operativ Media reported this citing the Ministry of Finance.

According to the data, this represents a 1.1% increase compared to the approved forecast for 2026.

As a reminder, next year's budget revenues are expected to total 39.234 billion manats, with expenditures projected at 42.4 billion manats.
