In accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the next relocation caravans have departed for the city of Khankendi, Karkijahan settlement of Khankendi, Tazabina, Khanyurdu, Khanabad, and Ballija villages of Khojaly district, Vangli, Chapar, and Ashaghi Oratagh villages of Aghdara district, and Shukurbayli village of Jabrayil district, as part of the Great Return program to the liberated territories.

Operativ Media  reports that those relocating are families who had been temporarily housed in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.

At this stage, 3 families (13 people) were relocated to the city of Khankendi, 5 families (22 people) to Karkijahan settlement of Khankendi, 7 families (31 people) to Tazabina village of Khojaly, 5 families (22 people) to Khanyurdu village, 2 families (10 people) to Khanabad village, 1 family (4 people) to Ballija village, 4 families (14 people) to Vangli village of Aghdara, 4 families (11 people) to Chapar village, 4 families (9 people) to Ashaghi Oratagh village, and 24 families (148 people) to Shukurbayli village of Jabrayil.

The returning residents expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state care provided to them. They also expressed their appreciation to the brave Azerbaijani Army and heroic soldiers and officers who liberated the lands, and paid tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for this cause.
