The main priorities are as follows:

● Supporting sustainable economic growth;

● Continuing reconstruction, restoration, and resettlement efforts in the liberated territories;

● Strengthening defense and national security measures;

● Continuing social protection and social security measures;

● Accelerating digital development, artificial intelligence, and the implementation of innovative technologies;

● Supporting education and innovative development;

● Improving the quality and efficiency of the healthcare system and medical services;

● Ensuring a clean environment and “green growth.”
