Solskjaer says he is ready to return to Manchester United
Former Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed that he would accept an offer to take charge of the English club once again.
Operativ Media reports that the Norwegian manager made the statements to TV 2.
He stated that if Michael Carrick were to step down after leading the team for 10 years and he were asked to manage the club for a two-month period, he would not refuse the offer.
Solskjaer emphasized that he spent 18–19 years at Manchester United and considers the club like family. He noted that he is not currently thinking about it, but feels he has unfinished business at the team and that it would be nice to get such an opportunity again.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer previously served as Manchester United's head coach from 2018 to 2021.
After nine rounds in the English Premier League, Manchester United sit 17th in the standings with 7 points.
