The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan has launched an online application system for admissions to organize art education in the liberated territories and ensure children's access to it.

Operativ Media reports that individuals wishing to receive art education in the city of Khankendi, as well as the Shusha, Lachin, Kalbajar, Jabrayil, and Zangilan districts, can apply online.

Those interested in studying various art disciplines can submit their applications through the MyCulture unified personal account.

The incoming applications will be analyzed by region and specialty. Based on the demand, necessary measures will be taken to organize classes, determine relevant specialties, and recruit teachers.

For this purpose, a special application section for the liberated territories has been activated on the MyCulture platform.
