The new head coach of Gabala has been revealed.

Operativ Media reports, citing the club's press service, that the "Red-Blacks" have signed a 1+2 year contract with North Macedonian specialist Jeton Beqiri.

The 44-year-old coach most recently managed Shkëndija in his home country.

Over the years, he has served as head coach of Drita, Gostivar, Renova, and Struga (all in North Macedonia), as well as Bylis (Albania), and worked as sports director for Al-Jabalain (Saudi Arabia).

Jeton Beqiri won the North Macedonian championship with Shkëndija in the 2024-2025 season.

The new head coach will assume his duties at Gabala on September 20.
