"Azerbaijan provided assistance to 80 countries during the COVID-19 pandemic."

Operativ Media reports that Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said this at a conference dedicated to the 15th anniversary of AIDA.

The minister noted that Azerbaijan's international aid covers various areas. According to him, approximately $400 million has been allocated for bilateral and multilateral assistance since 2020.

Bayramov stated that cooperation in Africa has also included the fight against the Ebola epidemic and initiatives to combat preventable blindness.
