The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has congratulated Costa Rica on its Independence Day.

Operativ Media reports that a post to this effect was shared on the ministry's X account.

"We sincerely congratulate the people and government of Costa Rica on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Costa Rica!" the post said.
