1.76 billion manats spent on restoration of liberated territories in January-September

A total of 1 billion 761.4 million manats was spent on the reconstruction and restoration of the liberated territories in January-September 2026.

Operativ Media reports that this was outlined in operational data on the execution of the state and consolidated budgets.

According to the report, 891.8 million manats of the allocated funds went toward the construction and reconstruction of water management, irrigation, heating supply, transport, and public utility infrastructure.

Additionally, 692.5 million manats was spent on funding social projects in education, healthcare, and culture, while 177.1 million manats was spent on the construction and repair of defense, law enforcement, and other designated facilities.
