Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov has met with Lin Xiaodan, Executive President of China Energy International Group.

Operativ Media reports that the minister shared this on his X social media account.

According to the post, the meeting focused on completing the study of Azerbaijan's electricity transmission grid and developing renewable energy projects based on its results.

The sides also exchanged views on the implementation of a 160 MW solar power plant, the company's first investment project in Azerbaijan, and the next steps for cooperation on offshore wind energy in the Caspian Sea.
