Release clause of Galatasaray's Russian footballer revealed
The release clause in Galatasaray midfielder Aleksey Batrakov's contract is set at €55 million.
Operativ Media reports that the player's agent, Vladimir Kuzmichev, stated this in comments to his country's media.
The agent said there is currently no concrete information regarding interest from top European clubs in the 21-year-old player. According to him, major clubs will make a decision after monitoring Batrakov's long-term performance at his new team. Kuzmichev emphasized that it is not right to draw final conclusions based on just a few matches.
Earlier, foreign media reported that English Premier League clubs Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Tottenham were interested in the Russian footballer.
Aleksey Batrakov transferred to Galatasaray from Lokomotiv in 2026. He has made 11 appearances for the Turkish club this season, scoring three goals and providing three assists.
The Transfermarkt portal estimates the midfielder's market value at €28 million.
