Barcelona and Brighton are interested in Estoril's 18-year-old defender Jordan Arnolin.

Operativ Media reports, citing Record, that the Catalan club sent a scout to watch the young player in their match against Porto (0-4). Barcelona has been keeping tabs on Arnolin since his first appearances for the Portugal U-19 national team, and its interest in him is growing.

French club Lille is also tracking the young defender's performances. A representative from the side also watched the match against Porto from the stadium.

Arnolin made his first senior start for Estoril in the match against Porto, playing in an unfamiliar defensive midfield role and demonstrating his versatility.

Brighton views the 18-year-old as a promising player capable of playing in two positions. However, the English side reportedly wants to watch more of his first-team games before making a transfer decision.

Although Arnolin has featured in five matches in the 2026/2027 season, he has yet to register any goal contributions.

Transfermarkt values the Portuguese footballer at 300,000 euros.
