A one-on-one meeting has begun between Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov and Ignazio Cassis, Member of the Swiss Federal Council, Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, and OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.
