Muslim religious leaders of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) have addressed an appeal to President Ilham Aliyev.

Operativ Media reports that the appeal was adopted at the 7th Meeting of Muslim Religious Leaders held in Baku.

The text of the appeal was read by Rashad Aliyarli, Deputy Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office (CMO).
