Deputy Minister of Economy Anar Akhundov has met with the visiting Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, Marie Chatardová.

According to the Ministry of Economy, which told Operativ Media, the meeting highlighted the vast potential for cooperation in energy, transport, pharmaceuticals, technology transfer, and other fields. The current state of economic relations between Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic and opportunities for expanding cooperation were discussed. The sides also exchanged views on holding the next meeting of the Joint Commission between the two countries.

The parties also exchanged views on promoting mutual investments, expanding ties between business communities, and implementing joint projects.
