The Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix kicks off today.

Operativ Media reports that the first day will feature two Formula 1 free practice sessions, as well as a free practice and two qualifying sessions in Formula 2.

The 20-turn Baku City Circuit is 6.003 km long. The main race will consist of 51 laps, covering a total distance of 306.049 km.

The inaugural race in Baku was held in 2016 under the name "European Grand Prix." The subsequent seven races have been named the "Azerbaijan Grand Prix."

10:00 – Formula 2: Free practice

12:30 – Formula 1: First free practice

14:00 – Formula 2: First qualifying session

14:30 – Formula 2: Second qualifying session

16:00 – Formula 1: Second free practice
