The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has expressed its condolences over a fatal passenger bus accident in Algeria's Boumerdès province that claimed numerous lives.

According to Operativ Media, the ministry published a statement on its official X account.

"We offer our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives as a result of the tragedy, and wish a full and speedy recovery to all the injured. Azerbaijan stands in solidarity with Algeria on this difficult day," the post read.
