Former West Ham and Czechoslovakia goalkeeper Ludek Miklosko has died at the age of 65.

In December 2024, Miklosko announced that he was battling cancer and had decided to refuse treatment.

He played for West Ham from 1990 to 1998. During his career, Miklosko also played for Czech clubs Banik and Hvezda, as well as Queens Park Rangers.

The former goalkeeper made 40 appearances for the Czechoslovakia national team and two for the Czech Republic.

After retiring from playing, Miklosko served on West Ham's coaching staff from 2001 to 2010.
