Armenia's Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Ararat Mirzoyan has been appointed as the government's representative during the parliamentary discussion of the draft law related to the TRIPP project.

Operativ Media reports that, by decision of the Armenian Prime Minister, Mirzoyan will represent the government in discussions on the draft law to ratify the Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation between Armenia and the United States under the "Trump International Peace and Prosperity Project" (TRIPP).

In addition, Mirzoyan has also been appointed as the government's representative in parliament during the discussion of the draft law "On the Approval of the Charter of the Peace Council."

Notably, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio signed the Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation on TRIPP on June 4. The agreement was initialed on May 26.
