Operativ Media reports that Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev announced this during a press conference on the new academic year.

Under the State Program for education abroad, 500 young people will study this year, with 155 of them attending the world's top 10 most prestigious universities. To date, 2,252 people have qualified to study under the "State Program for the Education of Youth in Prestigious Foreign Higher Education Institutions for 2022–2028."
